It’s that time of the year again! It is time to renew your company’s membership in the Michigan Home Office Life Underwriter’s Association.
The annual dues are $100.00 regardless of the number of members in your company. Please make your check payable to MHOLUA or pay online HERE

Please provide your company or organization’s full name as you wish for it to be displayed, address and phone number. Please list the names of the individuals who you would like to be in the directory. Also, indicate the name, position, phone number and email address of the primary contact person(s) for your company or organization.
